Installing Win7 using a USB Stick

So, now that Windows 7 is OUT of Beta and gone to RC, its time for people to start seriously considering their upgrade / migrating needs. Heres a video from MSDN in Malaysia showing step by step how to install this kick ass OS on a Netbook thts running Ubuntu or XP!
